Reviewer Agreement
  • Monster evaluates a product review site /blog and if qualified, sends a product sample to the reviewer.
  • Within 10 business days of receipt of product, the reviewer writes or videotapes a review of the product and posts the review online to the product review site.
  • The reviewer notifies Monster when the review goes online.
  • The reviewer is free to keep the product or return it based on their own policies
  • Monster covers the cost of shipping both ways
  • If the reviewer chooses to keep the product, then s/he should indicate to the public that the product sample was given for free.
  • Reviewers may not resell the product sample
  • The review must be visible to the public for at least 60 days on the review site
  • Reviews do not have to be positive, but should be honest
  • The reviewer must be the author and owner of the intellectual property rights contained in the review(s)
  • The reviewer grants Monster the worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to copy and publish the review or any portion thereof.
