This is one of the worst electronic devises I have ever owned! It has a mind of it's own when it comes to transmission station selection, randomly changing stations every 30 seconds. I couldn't stand it any longer and beat it to death on the dash board!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Yeah I had the 250, sounded bad. Monster exchanged it for the 1000. Poor audio quality. Just get the 3.5 MM monster cable FM transmitter. These things don't allow you to adjust the volume on the Iphone as using the 3.5 mm one. I found that having the volume at 75% on the iphone works best.
Big waste of money!
