Comments about Monster® iCarCharger 200 for iPod® and iPhone:
The sound through this device is terrible. It's muffled and static-y. I thought I had a defective unit so I exchanged it for another but the sound is just as bad in the second one. Maybe it depends on the car one is using it with? If so,nothing on the package or in on-line info says that it will not perform properly a MINI Cooper. The sound is worse than one of those cassettes you use to transmit the sound to speakers through the FM receiver.

Comments about Monster® iCarCharger 200 for iPod® and iPhone:
I've owned this product for about a year now. About 6 months after purchasing, the cord between the charging unit and the iPhone has developed a bad wire inside. The right channel audio will not pass through the cord unless it is bent in a certain way. 6 Months is way to short of a life expectancy for something that costs $50. Especially since Monster always claims such high quality in their products.
