I'M VERY DISAPOINTED. BEING THAT I AM A BIG FAN OF MONSTER AND AFTER BUYING MY THIRD POWER CENTER AND HAVING IT NOT ONLY BEING DAMAGED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, BUT NOT GETTING ANY HELP WHAT SO EVER FROM MONSTER IN GETTING THE PRODUCT REPLACED. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND PHONE MESSAGES LEFT SO I COULD GET THIS RESOLVED, NOTHING!!!???

I own a high end, professional recording studio and would never be without my Monster Power Center EP 3650. They provide piece of mind, knowing that I(and my $50,000+ worth of equipment) am covered if a surge should rear its ugly little head. On top of that, the unit provides clean power, which is absolutely pertinent in laying down noise-free tracks in the studio. I had huge issues with dirty power and humming in my studio before I bought this unit. Now, I am always rest assured to record clean and precise tracks without worrying about outside interference.There is really no down side to this unit for me and my application in the studio. It provides the confidence I need to know 100%, that my recordings will always be the best that they will be and... noise free.[@]

WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE PRODUCT.FIRST OFF THE MAIN REASON I BOUGHT IT WAS BECAUSE IT IS AN IR RECIEVER BUT HAVING PROBLEMS PROGRAMING IT TO MY HARMONY ONE REMOTE,WIL TRY FOR THE FOURTH TIME LATER TODAY.SECONDLY WITH THE DIMMER WAY DOWN ITS HARD TO TELL IF THE UNIT IS ON OR OFF HAVE TO REALLY LOOK CLOSE TO TELL.AND FINALLY THIS UNIT IS A STAGE 3 CLEANER AND I CANT SEE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STAGE 3 AND STAGE 2,I ALSO HAVE A HDP1800 AND ITS A STAGE 2.AND WITH THE DIMMER DOWN LOW YOU COULD TELL IT WAS ON, BUT THE PROBLEM I HAD WITH THAT ONE WAS WHEN I GO TO SHUT IT OFF FOR THE NIGHT THE STATIC ELECTRICITY FROM MY BODY SHUTS IT DOWN WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THE IR UNIT,SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO TOUCH IT MANUALY! MONSTER IS SENDING ME A NEW HDP1800 EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER ONE STILL WORKED JUST HAD TO UNPLUG IT AND PLUG IT BACK IN TO RESTART IT SO I CAN SAY THE WARRANTY IS GOOD,PLUS GOT BOTH UNITS FOR REALLY GOOD PRICES. BOTTOM LINE IS BOTH UNITS DO DO THEIR JOB TO CLEAN UP NOISE AND PICTURE SO IF YOU CAN GET THEM FOR A GOOD PRICE ITS WORTH IT
