    • Home Theater

    We've installed dozens of these units with no complaints. Software will occasionally freeze during programing, but unlike some Harmony models, when it does, all info was saved. You simply pick up where you left off to finish programming. I personally use one of these with my MBR system. I can control the local components with the IR portion and the DVR in my media room with the RF function. This allowed me to reduce my monthly cable bill by one DVR. Should have done this when this model first came out. I highly recommend it.

      After spending almost 5 hours on the phone with Tech Support over 3 days, the remote still has a mind of its own. It works amazingly well and then seconds late goes crazy and asserts its will over me and my electronics.
