I too got this to replace a 3500. [...] an outstanding product. The only thing is that the manual say it has rack ears and mine did not. My old 3500 had rack ears but these don't fit. I sent an email to support to see how I can get some. But believe me, I'm not complaining. Monster is the BEST!!!!!

I have 3 of these units in my residence and the discernible cleaning up of video image quality is only a portion of the battle. Live on a farm where voltage is 126 down to a low of 120. During inclement weather we'll get some odd transient spikes and these babies protect my systems. Had spikes that lost systems memory settings prior to using these units.
