Monster® In-Wall PowerCenter™ Provides a Clean, "Invisible" Installation for Flat Screen TVs and Projectors
The Monster Power In-Wall PowerCenter provides protection, performance, and behind-the-screen hideaway convenience in a complete kit that has everything you'll need to install power and video feeds for a wall-mounted flat screen TV or projector. The PowerCenter hides the AC power cord AND video source cables (RF, HDMI, DVI, RGB, etc.) Included are three custom face plates, including one for feeding coax only (three 2.0 GHz jacks with Monster SurgeGuard protection) and one for coax (three 2.0 GHz jacks with SurgeGuard) plus any other cable types, thanks to the patented Monster pass-through plate! No need to drill holes for special connectors—just feed the cables through the pass-through plate for a neat, custom appearance. Great for projector hook-ups too!

Monster Clean Power™ and Surge Protection Module
Did you know that AC power is filled with noise, surges, and spikes that can degrade the overall performance of your flat screen and projection TVs? The power company, the neighbors’ appliances or other connected electronics in your home all contribute to the problem of "dirty" AC power—full of noise and interference—that can degrade your flat screen and projection TV’s sound and picture. Monster Power In-Wall PowerCenter features patented Monster Clean Power Stage 1 v.2.0 to reduce interference coming through the AC power line. "Polluted" AC power is effectively removed, helping provide the best picture and sound possible.

Monster exclusive Dual Mode Plus™ Protection circuitry with audible alarm and 1260 Joules of surge protection prevents damage to your TV. Includes 3 diagnostic indicator lights, and Alarm Off and Display Off switches.

Monster SurgeGuard ™ Protected, 2.0 GHz Coax Connections with Pass-Through Plate
Electrical spikes are not limited to power lines—they can also occur on antenna, cable-TV and satellite-TV cables, especially during electrical storm activity. Monster SurgeGuard protects satellite TV, cable-TV, cable modem, or other in-wall coax connections. Three coax connections provide full 2.0-GHz bandwidth for satellite and digital cable-TV, while providing protection against damaging electrical surges.

Exclusive Monster Power® Pass-Through Plate and Complete Custom Installation Kit to Eliminate AV Cable Clutter
Neatly feed ANY audio-video signal source cable (including HDMI, DVI, Component Video, S-Video, and Composite) to the TV. There’s no need to drill holes, just pull the cables through the patented Monster pass-through plate for a professional, custom appearance. Complete kit includes all hardware needed for a neat-looking, professional installation.

Note: Monster recommends the In-Wall PowerCenter be installed by a licensed electrician.

     SAFETY TIPS

Important Monster® Performance and Safety Tips
    Listen Responsibly

To avoid hearing damage, make sure that the volume on your music player is turned down before connecting your headphones. After placing headphones in your ears, gradually turn up the volume until you reach a comfortable listening level.

Noise levels are measured in decibels (dB), exposure to any noise at or above 85 dB can cause gradual hearing loss.

Monitor your use; hearing loss is a function of loudness versus time. The louder it is, the less time you can be exposed to it. The softer it is, the more time you can listen to it. Refer to the chart* below.

This decibel (dB) table compares some common sounds and shows how they rank in potential harm to hearing.
    SoundNoise Level (dB)Effect
    Whisper30Very quiet
Quite Office50-60Comfortable hearing levels are under 60 dB
Vacuum Cleaner, Hair Dryer70Intrusive; interferes with telephone conversations
Food Blender85-9085 dB is the level at which hearing damage (8 hrs.) begins
Garbage Truck, Cement Mixer100No more than 15 minutes of unprotected exposure recommended for sounds between 90-100 dB
Power Saw, Drill/Jackhammer110Regular exposure to sound over 100 dB of more than 1 minute risks permanent hearing loss
Rock Concerts (varies)110-140Threshold of pain begins around 125dB
"....a typical person can safely listen to an iPod for 4.6 hours per day at 70% volume."
"....knowing the levels one is listening to music at, and for how long is extremely important."
    From http://www.cbc.ca/health/story/2006/10/19/music-earphones.html
Get the most out of your equipment and enjoy great audio performance even at safe levels.
Our headphones will allow you to hear more details at lower volume levels than ever before.

    Use Responsibly

Do not use headphones when it’s unsafe to do so – while operating a vehicle, crossing streets, or during any activity or in an environment where your full attention to your surroundings is required.

It's dangerous to drive while wearing headphones, and in many places, illegal because it decreases your chances of hearing life-saving sounds outside of your vehicle, such as another car's horn and emergency vehicle sirens.

Please avoid wearing your headphones while driving. Use one of Monster’s FM transmitters to listen to your mobile media devices instead.

Learn how to establish a safe listening level and review other important safety guidelines from the Consumer Electronics Association at www.ce.org and the Deafness Research Foundation at www.drf.org.
