Monster Power® PowerRange 300 and 400 High Current Capacity Power Cords for 40- and 50-Amp Electric Ranges Deliver All the Current Your Power-Hungry Electric Range Needs for Maximum Performance All electric range power cords are not created equal. One of the last things most people think about when selecting an electric range is also one of the most crucial: the power cord. While electric ranges have changed considerably over the years, the power cords that feed power to them have stayed the same. Until now.
Introducing the Monster PowerRange 300 and 400 Power Cords: Designed for High Current Power Transfer, Convenience and Durability Electric ranges draw power. Loads of power. Constructed with large-gauge conductors composed of high-purity, fine copper strands, the Monster® PowerRange cord efficiently transfers all the current your power-hungry range needs.
Most electric range power cords are tucked away behind the appliance for years without every being examined. Youd probably be hard-pressed to tell if it has been torn, damaged or become loose. With years of grease, food build-up, (and worse) lurking behind your range, youll appreciate the peace of mind you get with the protection of a high-quality Monster PowerRange power cord.
When Your Range Stops Working, the Monster Exclusive PowerFlow Diagnostic Indicator Helps You Troubleshoot the Problem When a major appliance stops working, the first thing most people do is scratch their heads and wonder “Is it the appliance, or the power?”
One glance at the PowerFlow Indicator and youll know if its time to check the circuit breaker or call a repair technician. If the light is glowing, you know the outlet is “live” and the problem lies with your range. If there is no light, check the circuit breaker or call an electrician. Its that easy and convenient.
Built to last in a Tough, Highly Corrosive Environment Brass tarnishes over time. Not so with Monster 24k gold contact connections. Gold contacts optimize power transfer while resisting corrosion that the kitchen environment may cause.
Monster surrounds PowerRange 300 and 400 with ultra-flexible, kink and tear-resistant Duraflex® jacket material. Snags or rips that can expose dangerous, live high-voltage electrical conductors are minimized. The Duraflex jacket is also designed to resist heat, and a wide variety of corrosive chemicals commonly found in kitchen areas.
Monster StressGuard strain relief is designed into the heavy-duty injection molded plug and reduces harmful stress when pulled. The metal strain relief included in the PowerRange kit keeps the range-side connections from coming loose when the cord is jostledlike when cleaning grease or food spills. A special plating resists corrosion as well.
