Monster brings fashion TO ces 2012 With Catwalks,
fashion presentations and celebrities

Las Vegas, NV, January 9, 2012 - Monster, the global leader in the

bringing fashion to CES 2012 with a packed schedule of public and private
fashion shows, plus a showcase of game-changing headphone designs that give
consumers new ways to express their individual style preferences. To kick off its
annual press conference in style, the company even produced a 'fashion show' featuring
eight models and celebrities wearing new Monster designs. And to help launch the new VEKTR™ on-ear
headphones, created in partnership with Diesel, the iconic lifestyle
company, Diesel's Stefano Rosso addressed press conference attendees with two
models rocking the new VEKTR™ headphones by his side.

Monster's biggest CES announcement was its new fashion-forward over-ear,
noise canceling headphone, Inspiration.™ Inspiration
is ideal for frequent business travelers, home, commuting or office use. They deliver
pure and powerful music reproduction, with a trendsetting fashion twist -
interchangeable headbands in a multitude of different colors and materials. The
new concept in headphone design lets users express themselves by changing
headbands, transforming the entire look and feel to suit style preferences for
any day, mood or occasion. The interchangeable headbands will be available
separately, with eight different styles to choose from initially. Each band
carries a suggested retail price of $29.95. Availability: Spring 2012.

Tears - Edge™
High Definition Music Headphones
(SRP: $279.95) - Diamond Tears - Edge™
is Monster's first in
a planned family of trendsetting products to be created through the company's
alliance with J.Y. Park, founder of global entertainment
company JYP Entertainment (JYPE). With a unique cosmetic design that
parallels Park's unique approach to the creation of music, the new headphone is
"edgy like diamonds, smooth like tears" - edgy to stimulate you and smooth so
you never tire of it and will always enjoy it. Diamond Tears-Edge headphones
give fashion-conscious consumers a brand new way to enjoy all their favorite
music with Monster's powerful audio engineering, combined with the renowned
JYPE style. They will be available beginning the first quarter of 2012, with a
new in-ear version scheduled to be available in the latter half of 2012.
