FLEA - Red Hot Chili Peppers

Flea Flea is back anchoring the bass in the Red Hot Chili Peppers, which scored the first No. 1 of its career on the Billboard album chart with Stadium Arcadium (Warner Brothers), a feat that its landmark albums Californication, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, and By the Way hadn't achieved. The new double album, released in mid-May 2006, sold 442,000 copies in the U.S. States, according to Nielsen SoundScan, a comfortable margin above the 172,000 sales of the week's No. 2. The recording and mixing was a year-long project produced by Rick Rubin.

Besides being outstanding musicians, since the late 1980s the Red Hot Chili Peppers have been known for their over-the-top live shows, as well as being mercilessly hard on their equipment. And they're back on the road in support in the appropriately named Stadium Arcadium.

Only the best sounding, insanely roadworthy equipment can survive the intensity of the Red Hots' performances night after brutal night. That's why Flea has endorsed Monster Cables; he knows they are designed to withstand the abuse, and still deliver the amazing audio quality these musical Monsters demand.
