DJ Qness, born Qhubani Ndlovu is probably one of South Africa's most relevant and prominent DJ/Producer figures. With a gold-selling debut album, Qness has done production work and remixed for artists such as M.I.A on the single "XXXO" and done work for Kele from Bloc Party.
He is C.E.O of Qness Communications, which also makes him one of the few DJ figures that know how to run a business that supports their DJ and production talent. Other prominent names he has worked with on the dance scene include Tel Aviv's Avi Elman (aka UPZ), Bhoddi Satva from Belgium and Carlos Mena, who is based in Miami.
His musical style switches between deep house, African tribal and electro-pop, which he has been exposed to while working with international artists. Qness is definitely a force to reckon with in the DJ scene, not only in South Africa and Africa, but across the world!
"As a respectable DJ in Africa, I have to make sure I use gear that allows me to perform to the best of my abilities. Ever since I started using Monster’s headphones, my sets have risen to a new level. I have been touring the world and my Monster products have only made my performance better."
