Thank you for using the Monster Cable online Return Material Authorization (RMA) request process. We're sorry that you're having a less than 100% satisfactory experience with your Monster Product. With this online support system, we aim to make this as quick and easy a process as possible.
Customer Service is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
Currently this service only handles Monster Power or Mobile/iPod & MP3 product that do not have a connected equipment claim. Information on other claims can be found here.
